Organizations retain ownership of their data at all times.

1Alpha provides tools to assist nonprofit organizations with financial reporting and IRS Form 990 preparation. These tools do not replace professional tax, legal, or accounting advice. Organizations are responsible for ensuring compliance with all applicable federal, state, and local tax regulations. 1Alpha does not file tax returns or provide tax advice.
1Alpha has publicly pledged to donate 80% of its net revenue to 501(c) organizations. This section describes the terms and limitations of that pledge.
"Net revenue" as used in connection with 1Alpha's giving pledge means gross revenue received by 1Alpha minus direct operating costs including, but not limited to: server and infrastructure hosting costs, third-party software and API fees, payment processing fees, data storage costs, mandatory business insurance, required regulatory and compliance costs, and reasonable administrative expenses necessary to maintain platform operations. The 80% pledge applies to net revenue remaining after these operating costs are deducted.
The 80% giving pledge is a voluntary commitment made by Arrowhead Advisory Group LLC on behalf of 1Alpha. It is not a legally binding obligation to any specific organization, donor, user, or third party. The pledge is reviewed annually and may be modified, adjusted, or discontinued at the sole discretion of Arrowhead Advisory Group LLC based on business conditions, operating requirements, and organizational priorities.
Donations made under this pledge will be directed to 501(c)(3) organizations at the sole discretion of Arrowhead Advisory Group LLC and 1Alpha leadership. There is no guarantee that any specific organization, including users of the 1Alpha platform, will receive donations under this pledge. Recipient selection criteria may include organizational mission alignment, community impact, operational efficiency, and geographic considerations.
Nothing in this pledge constitutes tax advice. Donations made by 1Alpha under this pledge are subject to applicable tax laws and regulations. Organizations receiving donations are responsible for their own tax reporting and compliance obligations.
1Alpha intends to publish annual summaries of giving under this pledge. Specific financial details, including exact revenue figures and individual donation amounts, may be shared at the discretion of 1Alpha leadership but are not guaranteed to be publicly disclosed.
Use of the 1Alpha platform is not a charitable contribution. Subscription fees paid to 1Alpha are payments for software services and are not tax-deductible as charitable donations. The giving pledge describes how 1Alpha intends to use its revenue, not how user payments are classified for tax purposes.
